Overview
Modified Emulsion Plant SBRE-10 Series is a specially designed emulsion plant that is able to produce SBR-latex modified emulsion. We’ve designed this emulsion plant based on our years of experience in mastic and bitumen emulsion production and various demands from clients. It is simple in structure and easy to operate, and it can be used in all kinds of production of mastic emulsion. The capacity is 10 t/h maximum.
The plant is consisting of two soap water tanks, a bitumen unit, a hot water unit, a well-designed colloid mill which is able to make fine particle size, Latex dosage unit, cooling unit, control cabin, filter, valves, flowmeters, and pipelines, which has a full configuration with compact structure.
