Bitumen emulsions provide a range of benefits over heated and cutback forms. Emulsifying bitumen allows you to reduce the viscosity without the need to continuously heat the product. Bitumen emulsion is a mixture of water & bitumen. As we know that bitumen is an oil product and it cannot be mixed with water. That is why we add an emulsifier (a surface active agent) with water before adding bitumen. Addition of emulsifier with water facilitates breaking of bitumen into minute particles and keeps it dispersed in suspension.

We provide different grade of emulsifier to produce Cationic and Anionic emulsifier, for Rapid, medium and slow setting bitumen emulsion.
